Returns & Exchanges

  • Please contact support@thehalf.com.au before returning your products. 
  • Customers who received product(s) with a manufacturing fault or incorrectly are entitled to a full refund and free return delivery.
  • Please note that you will only be issued a store credit if you are returning an item due to fit, sizing or change of mind.
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 
  • We request for all returns to be received by our warehouse within 30 days of your delivery date.
  • Return shipping is to be covered and paid by the customer.
  • Returns are generally processed within 3 business days of receiving your return

CONDITION OF RETURN

  • All product(s) must be returned:
    • unworn and unwashed
    • with all original tags still attached
    • not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder
    • free of make-up or tan marks
    • Any goods or garments that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return and will be returned to the customer, in accordance with our site policy and Australian Consumer Law.

EXCHANGES

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time.
  • If you would like to exchange an item, we highly recommend that you purchase the replacement size prior to sending back the return and we will issue you with a credit note once we receive your unwanted item.
